Purchase Agreement
Once we get the information that you submit via our simple online form, we will review it and submit a cash offer to you, typically within a few hours. If you agree to the offer price, we will send a Purchase Agreement to you so we can continue the process.
Due Diligence
After the Purchase Agreement is signed, we will do a title search, find out how much is due for HOA fees and taxes, and note the presence of utilities and confirm physical and legal access to the property.
Closing
After due diligence is complete, we will close on the property. In-house transactions can close within 72 hours. If a third party title company is involved, the closing typically occurs in less than 21 days, depending on their schedule. Our clients are amazed at how quickly the entire process can take.
